Visit Phoenix Announces New Hires & Promotions

Visit Phoenix has announced several key promotions and hiring in the destination management organization.

Samantha Swadish, Director of Marketing
Samantha Swadish has been hired as Director of Marketing at Visit Phoenix. Prior to this position, Samantha spent a decade working with Hilton and Waldorf Astoria properties; first in Palm Springs, Calif., at La Quinta Resort & Club and most recently at the Arizona Biltmore as the Marketing & PR Manager. Her knowledge of hotel marketing and her keen eye for captivating campaigns make her a great addition to the Visit Phoenix team.

Megan Doyle, Senior Manager of Corporate Communications & Community Relations
Megan Doyle has been hired as Senior Manager of Corporate Communications & Community Relations at Visit Phoenix. Megan began her career at Experience Scottsdale, eventually becoming the Community Affairs Manager. She most recently worked as Operations Manager with a hotel investment and management firm. Megan rejoins the destination marketing industry with the added hotel operations perspective, and a passion for positive community development.

Trish Lanteigne, Media Relations Manager
Trish Lanteigne was recently promoted to Media Relations Manager at Visit Phoenix. She boasts more than 15 years in the hospitality and tourism business, spending eight years with Visit Phoenix. Lanteigne’s duties include spearheading media visits in-market, overseeing daily media requests, and implementing various media campaigns boosting editorial coverage of the Greater Phoenix-area.
