After a one-year hiatus, the Northwest Maico & CZ National Vintage Motocross Series returns to the Barber Vintage Festival presented by Triumph Dealers of North America on Saturday, October 10 and Sunday, October 11 at the world-famous Barber Motorsports Park.

The three-day motorcycle festival is one of the largest vintage festivals in the country. With more than 65,000 attending last year’s festival, up from 61,000 the year before, the festival continues to grow each year.

The site will be a new, purpose-built track that has been constructed at Barber Motorsports Park. AHRMA officials who previewed the circuit are very excited about the Barber staff’s accomplishments on this project.

With this addition to the weekend schedule, the BVF Speed & Sport National Trials Series event has been trimmed to one round, which will take place on Saturday morning, just before the Penton Racing Products National Cross Country Series races. The Northwest Maico & CZ National Vintage Motocross Series will take place on Sunday.

The MX track is located near Lot C, so all AHRMA off-road competition, parking and camping will now be in Lot C. This means new trials sections and a new cross-country course will be used. Online pre-entries are currently available for the trial and cross-country and can be found at www.ahrma.org

The weekend will consist of on-track racing action provided by the American Historic Racing Motorcycle Association (AHRMA), in addition to motorcycle displays, bike shows, stunt shows and so much more. The America’s First Federal Credit Union Fan Zone will feature the popular Wall of Death stunt show, club gatherings, Triumph Motorcycles on display, and a variety of concession and food vendors.

Daily tickets for the Barber Vintage Festival are available beginning at $25 or $60 for the three-day weekend in advance.  All tickets include free paddock access and fans are encouraged to purchase in advance, as prices will increase the weekend of the event. Weekend parade laps and camping spots are also available in limited quantities.

Throughout the weekend, kids 12 and under receive free general admission when accompanied by a ticketed adult.  For additional information and to purchase tickets or camping or additional options, visit www.barbermotorsports.com.

Adding to the weekend activities, the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum will feature extended hours, special displays and technical seminars.  Tickets to the museum are available separately from Barber Vintage Festival tickets and can be purchased inside the Museum.
