John Groh

John Groh was named the president and chief executive officer of the Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau in 2009. RACVB is responsible for tourism marketing in Winnebago County, Illinois. Prior to joining the RACVB, John was the executive vice president of the Rockford Chamber of Commerce, and had worked at the RACVB in marketing and communications. John recently graduated from the MBA program at Northern Illinois University; he received his B.A. from Bethel University, St. Paul, Minnesota.
