Tennis fans in the U.S. can watch the exciting action from one of tennis’ biggest charity nights, Mylan WTT Smash Hits presented by Walgreens and AmerisourceBergen. The event, which is co-hosted by Sir Elton John and Billie Jean King, began airing on December 18 on regional Comcast SportsNet outlets and The Comcast Network. Tennis Channel will showcase Mylan WTT Smash Hits on December 29 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Mylan WTT Smash Hits made its international debut earlier this month at Royal Albert Hall in London with an all-star lineup of Tim Henman, Andy Roddick, Kim Clijsters, Martina Hingis, John McEnroe, Sabine Lisicki, Jamie Murray and Heather Watson competing on teams coached by King and John.

The one-night event, which benefits the Elton John AIDS Foundation, raised more than $1 million dollars (USD) for only the second time in the event’s 22-year history.  Mylan WTT Smash Hits has now raised more than $13 million to support HIV and AIDS prevention and awareness programs since the first event in 1993.
