Tennis Europe has announced a two-year partnership with Professional Tennis Registry (PTR), the world’s largest international organization of tennis coaches and teachers. PTR’s mission is to educate and serve tennis coaches around the world in order to grow the game. This mission is one shared by Tennis Europe and working together the two organizations are a perfect match.

PTR will be an ‘Official Continuous Learning Provider’ partner of the Tennis CoachEd initiative, which will provide PTR with additional opportunities to promote their activities throughout Europe.

PTR will add to the growing number of commercial partners of TennisCoachEd.com, Tennis Europe’s project aimed primarily at providing new opportunities, information and services for the European tennis coaching community.

Tennis Europe Chief Executive Officer Olli Mäenpää said; “Tennis Europe and PTR share the view that competent, motivated and enthusiastic coaches are the best ambassadors for our sport, helping us in our ultimate goal to grow the game.  We are delighted to seize the opportunity to work together to provide further opportunities and services for coaches throughout Europe.”

Dan Santorum, Chief Executive Officer of PTR, remarked, “PTR is looking forward to working together with Tennis Europe and its National Tennis Federations to provide additional quality education for tennis coaches.  We are confident that those Federations who choose to work with PTR will benefit greatly and see an increase in their overall tennis growth.”
