From August 1 – 3, 2014, Eugene, Cascades & Coast Sports will host the Tour de Lane bicycle ride, which takes in various routes throughout Lane County.

The Tour de Lane is a three day, non-competitive festival that will highlight some of the most stunning road rides throughout our region. Eugene has been named one of the top five bike-friendly towns in the United States, and the Tour de Lane is the perfect way to experience why first-hand.

On the Tour de Lane, cyclists can choose from a variety of routes based on length and degree of difficulty. These rides include a Bike Builders’ Tour, where riders will tour the facilities of three local, high-end bicycle manufacturers, as well as a Wine Country Ride, which will pass some award-winning wineries in the area.

Registration is still open, and covers snacks and beverages at rest stops, maps, mechanical support, shuttle service, a salmon BBQ dinner, beer and wine garden, and more. Also included are registration fees and amenities for Blackberry bRamble, another premier bike ride and celebration on August 3.
