The City of Miami, OK, will welcome more than 160 players and coaches from across the state on Wednesday, July 31st for the 2013 American Legion Senior State Baseball Championship. Eight teams, including Miami, will start tournament bracket play at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday at Miami’s Joe Pollock Field.
Opening Ceremonies will take place on Wednesday before the 8 p.m. game. The five-day tournament will conclude on Sunday, August 4th with the Championship Game at 2 p.m.
Admission for the tournament is $5 per session. Two sessions of play will take place on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday will each have one session of play. Concessions will be available during the event and tournament T-shirts will be sold.
