WELCOME TO THE 2023 IRON 44 MID-ATLANTIC REGIONAL COMBINE!!

The IRON 44 Regional Combines are designed to showcase and promote the best talent in lacrosse in your area. We bring the National attention to each Region. Through high level instruction, fitness testing and workouts, and game play, players will experience an action packed day of lacrosse. The Regional Combines will be coached by some of the top college coaches in each region. Our staff from this region has had coaches from Maryland, Virginia, Duke, Rutgers, Princeton, Penn State, Johns Hopkins, Jacksonville, Delaware, Mount St. Mary's, Bucknell, Wagner, Lafayette, Monmouth, Fairfield, and more! This event is only accepting 88 total players. It is open to 2025, 2026, 2027 (and uncommitted 2024) boys lacrosse players. Included with this event:

- NIKE Regional Combine Uniform

- Top Tier Coaching from Division 1, 2, and 3 Coaches

- 90-Minute College Level Practice

- Strength & Conditioning Training

- Competitive Game Play

- Opportunity to be named to IRON 44 All-Star Team (Top 22)

- Maximum Social Media Exposure

11:00am - 12:00pm - Collegiate S&C Training

12:00pm-1:30pm - College Level Practice with College Coaches

2:00 - 4:00pm - GAMES
