Goalball, a team sport for the visually impaired, will be expanding into Baltimore, according to the USABA.

In partnership with the Maryland School for the Blind, and the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, USABA is hosting a clinic for blinded veterans, VA staff, USABA athletes, coaches and community groups interested in learning more about the sport of goalball.

Clinics will be held from April 7-9 at the Maryland School for the Blind. Athletes and coaches with interest in improving their knowledge and skills are welcome to participate and observe.

Event organizers interested in taking part should contact matt Simpson (msimpson@usaba.org) for more details and to sign up. Space will be limited.
