NAIA Announces 2023 Economic Impact of Swimming & Diving Championships

The 66th annual NAIA Men’s Swimming and Diving Championship and the 42nd annual NAIA Women's Swimming & Diving Championship were hosted in Columbus, Ga. for the 6th year with each year bringing a boost to the Columbus economy.

The 2023 NAIA Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Championships brought in 308 competing student-athletes and their coaches, support staff and fans to Columbus for anywhere between four-to-six days. Over the course of the championships, teams and fans not only occupy the hotels of the region but patronize local restaurants and attractions.
