As the tennis world waits for the highly anticipated 2024 Delray Beach Open, USTA Florida is happy to announce special events being hosted at this year’s tournament. From Kids Day festivities to a Wheelchair Tennis Showcase, the organization has a full lineup of events to support the growth of tennis at the Delray Beach Open which runs February 9 – 18.

On February 10, USTA Florida kicks off the excitement with Kids Day, transforming the tennis courts into a playground of enthusiasm and tennis fun. Geared towards introducing kids to the joy of tennis, this event is determined to bring a day filled with tennis activity, exercise, and laughter. Kids of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels are welcome to join us on the courts!

As part of USTA Florida’s commitment to providing inclusive tennis opportunities, USTA Florida is hosting a Wheelchair Tennis Showcase. This will highlight the skill and determination of wheelchair tennis athletes, proving that tennis is for all.

Throughout the tournament, USTA Florida will have a tent set up, where the organization will be proudly celebrating 75 years of Florida tennis. Come by and visit to learn more about how you can join in on the yearlong celebration or visit ustaflorida.com/75th-anniversary/ for more information.

USTA Florida is delighted to join forces with the Delray Beach Open as the two share a collective commitment to making tennis accessible to all. As proud partners, USTA Florida celebrates the sport’s diversity and inclusivity, ensuring that tennis goes beyond the courts and welcomes players of every background and ability.
