Indian Wells Golf Resort in Indian Wells, Calif. is set to host the National Finals of the 2023 Troon Challenge sponsored by Callaway Golf, December 15-17, 2023. 68 two-person teams representing nine states will compete in both Net and Gross Divisions with the goal of bringing home the Troon Challenge Championship. The 2023 Troon Challenge National Finals are presented by Cincoro Tequila, an award-winning portfolio of luxury tequila.

Now in its 21st year, the Troon Challenge is Troon’s largest amateur golf event open to men and women amateur golfers across the United States. Regional qualifying for the Troon Challenge took place from May through October at 34 facilities in 11 different states with more than 1,500 golfers competing in the modified two-person best ball format. Winners of the regional qualifiers (low gross and low net) received invitations to the National Finals. The winning teams in the National Finals will receive crystal championship trophies, an Odyssey White Hot OG Putter, $100 TravisMathew Gift Card, 1 dozen Chrome Soft Callaway Golf Balls and a 2024 National Foursome Troon Card.

2023 will mark the second consecutive year the National Finals will be held at Indian Wells Golf Resort. The 36-hole golf resort features two award-winning golf courses (Celebrity and Players), state-of-the-art practice facilities including covered hitting bays with Trackman technology, a magnificent 53,000 square-foot clubhouse and is located within walking distance of four luxury hotels in Indian Wells, making it the ideal venue for tournaments. National Finals participants have the option of staying at one of the neighboring Indian Wells Golf Resort campus hotels including the Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort and Spa, and the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa.

Troon® developed the Troon Challenge in 2003 as a way for amateur golfers to compete in fun, competitive, well-run golf events at Troon-affiliated facilities. The National Finals have been held in warm weather destinations in late November or early December since the event’s inception, and provides qualifiers with an opportunity to play for prizes and bragging rights.
