USA Water Ski & Wake Sports is pleased to announce two – Connelly Skis and Indmar Marine Engines – partnership renewal agreements for 2021. USA Water Ski & Wake Sports encourages its members and fans to support these sponsors as a way of thanking them for supporting USA Water Ski & Wake Sports’ mission to advance, support and service all towed water sports through widespread recreational participation, education, promotion and sustained worldwide competitive excellence.

Through their partnerships, Indmar Marine Engines and Connelly Skis will co-sponsor the second annual USA Water Ski & Wake Sports virtual video contest this summer. The video contest asks members to submit their best water ski, wakeboard, wake surf, big spray or wipeout video for a chance to win prizes provided by Connelly Skis. Indmar also returns as the title sponsor of the 2021 Indmar Division 1 Show Ski National Championships, presented by Visit Central Florida. The event features the top-14 show ski teams from across the country and will be held Aug. 13-15 in Janesville Wis.

“We are excited to have two long-standing corporate partners like Indmar and Connelly return in 2021,” said USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Executive Director Nate Boudreaux. “I know the show ski community appreciates Indmar’s support for its championship event, and we are hoping to build on the success of our virtual video contest with the support of both partners.”

Connelly Skis is a brand that has been a pillar in the water sports industry for more than 55 years. Since its inception in 1965 when Pat Connelly built mahogany and white cedar water skis to the 70s and 80s when fiberglass skis dominated production, they have been revolutionizing the industry with technology and leaving a wake of legacy along the way. The longevity of the Connelly brand has allowed them to claim a lot of national championships, world records and endless family fun on the water. It has also spawned a lot of “firsts,” innovations like C.A.P.T. construction, Shaped skis, Hinge Tech and most recently Versatail. This same passion that drove the company in 1965 is still the same energy that drives it today. Production on high end skis and wakesurfers still takes place in Lynnwood, Wash., across the parking lot from the corporate office. Each Connelly ski is designed in the USA and thoughtfully engineered from 55 years of research and development to produce high-quality water sports products. Connelly has been “Making Summer Fun” since 1965.

Indmar Marine Engines has a pedigree going back 50 years in the inboard marine industry and a proud tradition of pointing the way forward. Indmar, the world’s largest privately held manufacturer of gasoline powered inboard marine engines, has pushed the envelope, introducing new innovations and technologies, enabling the sport and the industry to progress and grow. From the first to bring fuel injected engines to the market to introducing an innovative green technology three years earlier than regulation that reduces exhaust emissions. The Indmar brand delivers an inimitable mix of unrivaled performance, meticulous craftsmanship and ground-breaking innovations.
