The Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) has partnered with the nation's leading hospitality search and consulting firm, KOPPLIN KUEBLER & WALLACE (KK&W). The partnership will give PTR members, their clubs, and employers the opportunity to be the most polished and connected in the industry.
Under the direction of industry veteran Len Simard and the KK&W team, programs are designed to help cultivate successful career paths for PTR members and aid with training related to racquets programming, facility management, self-branding, leadership, career guidance, etc. There will also be invaluable information and programs to successfully guide employers and professionals through the hiring process and establish them as highly skilled candidates in the racquets job market.
"To team up with the leading search, consulting, and education firm of KK&W is invaluable for PTR and our members, said Dan Santorum, PTR CEO. "This partnership has been almost a year in the making, and we wanted to take our time to make sure we had a program that would meet the needs of PTR members."
KK&W will offer search and consulting services to PTR members and clubs. PTR members wishing to elevate their careers can benefit from complimentary resources offered on resumé, LinkedIn, club programming reviews, career-planning and interviewing, as well as negotiated rates with career coaching services and programs.
"This will position PTR members as leaders when it comes to hiring and training in the racquets world, from staff professionals to Directors of Racquets, to Racquets Facility Managers," according to PTR President Karl Hale.
"Mentorship has always been the cornerstone of my career," Simard said. "To now have our industry-leading KK&W team work directly with the PTR organization, which we believe has some of the most comprehensive education offerings in the industry for racquets professionals, is the perfect fit. The partners at KK&W are thrilled to be affiliated with PTR, believing that our union with the top tennis teaching organization is a 'win-win' for all involved!"
