Selkirk Sport, a leading Pickleball paddle and accessories brand, announced that Morgan Evans (Palm Desert, CA), Professional Pickleball’s most widely recognized coach, signed a 3-year extension to remain a member of the Team Selkirk Professional Advisory Staff.
Evans, the Director of Pickleball at Shadow Mountain Resort in Palm Desert, CA., currently serves as an instructor for the sport’s elite players, headlined by the USAPA defending National Champion, Tyson McGuffin, and professional tennis player Kaitlyn Christian (also from Palm Desert), currently the Women’s Tennis Association’s 50th ranked doubles player in the world. Evans is preparing to coach McGuffin, Christian, and a stable of Team Selkirk Athletes as the USAPA Nationals come to Indian Wells Tennis Garden (Indian Wells, CA.) November 3-11. In addition to his professional coaching responsibilities, Evans, an accomplished player, will also be competing in the men’s open doubles and mixed doubles competition at nationals.
The new agreement also includes Morgan serving as the host of Selkirk on Serve, a recently launched Pickleball Podcast that is available via iTunes, Google Play and PodBean. The inaugural episode, which debuted on October 1st, was recognized as the most popular Pickleball podcast featured on iTunes.
