Global sporting goods leader STX and USA Hockey, the National Governing Body for the sport of ice hockey in the United States, announced an extension to their partnership. Furthering the relationship between the two industry leaders that began in 2014, the most recent agreement maintains STX as an official sponsor and equipment supplier of USA Hockey.

"We are thrilled to continue our partnership with USA Hockey,” said Matt Hoppe, director of ice hockey sales and marketing for STX. “We are proud to be so integrally involved with the preeminent amateur hockey organization in the United States, working together to grow the game nationwide. USA Hockey has been an important supporter of STX since we launched our ice hockey product line in 2014 and we are happy to extend this meaningful affiliation."

As part of the extension, STX will serve as an official equipment supplier of the USA Hockey National Team Development Program and also provide equipment to various USA Hockey programs.

"STX has been a terrific partner,” said Pat Kelleher, executive director of USA Hockey. “We’re excited to continue the relationship and appreciate the passion STX brings in helping us continue to grow the game.”
