SquadLocker, a leading provider of online tools and services for teams and organizations to manage custom apparel and equipment purchasing, has named Jeanne Hopkins as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Previously, she was Chief Marketing Officer at travel management company Lola.com where she led the marketing organization, building a data-driven powerhouse to fuel demand as well as its customer success organization. Jeanne is aligning all revenue-related functions for SquadLocker, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, and revenue management.

“There has not been a time where we have experienced such rapid change and challenge, and finding the right CRO is among the most critical hires right now for maximizing revenue,” said Gary Goldberg, CEO of SquadLocker. “Jeanne is the perfect combination of a seasoned C-suite executive, team building leader, and data-driven marketing powerhouse who has been creating the best possible experiences for customers across various industries. We are thrilled to have her veteran skillset come together to generate top-line revenue growth for SquadLocker.”

Jeanne served Ipswitch (now Progress) as Executive Vice President and CMO and held various executive marketing roles at HubSpot, Symmetricom (now Microsemi), SmartBear, MarketingSherpa, and Continuum (now ConnectWise). At HubSpot, Jeanne's leadership helped the company land on the number two spot on the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing companies by generating 50,000 net new leads per month.

“Buyers are empowered by unprecedented information and choices today, and as the divide between sales and marketing dwindles, companies creating the best customer experiences are the most effective at gaining market share,” said Jeanne Hopkins. “I’m thrilled with the opportunity to bring my expertise to this new CRO role to deliver SquadLocker customers the best experience while expanding our reach as we continue to streamline the process of acquiring custom team apparel.”

Jeanne is an accomplished writer, co-authoring “Go Mobile,” a top-selling mobile marketing book on Amazon. She has served as advisor at numerous companies, currently at Coffee Cup Collective and Sales Lead Management Association. She is also Co-Chair of the MassTLC Sales and Marketing Group. She loves educating the masses as a frequent speaker at industry events and is a social media powerhouse with nearly 90,000 @jeannehopkins followers on Twitter and 7,000 on LinkedIn.

Jeanne and her teams have won numerous industry awards for various achievements, including a 2020 Killer Content Award by Demand Gen Report for three outstanding podcasts, one of which Jeanne was the host.
