Additions Bolster Association's Outreach Capacity In Pursuit of Strategic Goals
Renée Gundolff and Nick Irvine have joined the staff of USA Racquetball, according to the headquarters of the national governing body.
Renée Gundolff comes to USA Racquetball from USA Weightlifting, where she served as its Membership Manager since late 2014. There, she helped grow membership by more than 20% and was responsible for membership acquisition, renewal, communications, data management, insurance and more for USA Weightlifting’s more than 23,000 members. At USA Racquetball, she will focus primarily on membership and member services with a special emphasis on greatly expanding the number of the Association's FREE eMembers among players who have not been sanctioned event participants. Working out of USA Racquetball's Colorado Springs headquarters, she will also be involved heavily with Membership Services and Communications activities, as well as National Teams management.
Nick Irvine is a well-known name within the racquetball ranks. He has served as Assistant Commissioner of the International Racquetball Tour and Director and Commentator with the IRT Network. More recently, Nick has acquired notable experience in racquetball programming and health club membership working in sales and management at a variety of health clubs and as owner of PlayRB.org, a racquetball programming and retail operation focused primarily on California. Nick’s primary responsibility with USA Racquetball will be in the development of a Partner Facility program through which the sport will be able to better connect with those who own and operate racquetball courts as well as the players who play there. Nick, who has been recently coordinating Western Collegiate Racquetball Conference activities, will also work on collegiate racquetball, the Instructor Program, and sponsorship development for USA Racquetball. Nick is initially working remotely from northern California.
Renée and Nick join Steve Czarnecki, Peggine Tellez and Barbara Pyle in rounding out the Association's staff.
