Live Coverage of NJCAA Soccer and Volleyball Championships Begins Nov. 13th on the Organization’s Official Digital Video Network

The National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA), through its multimedia rights entity NJCAA Sports Properties and partnership with Volar Video, has released its fall championship broadcast schedule for its official digital video network, NJCAA TV (www.njcaatv.com).

Launched in the fall of 2009, NJCAA TV is set to begin its sixth year of live streaming coverage of select NJCAA Championships. NJCAA TV has proved to be one of the organization’s most successful initiatives. Last year the network featured over 4,600 live broadcasts of national championship and regular season contests from producers at nearly 150 NJCAA member institutions. Even more impressive, NJCAA TV drew over 1 million unique visitors last year.

Just recently, NJCAA TV was added to the lineup on TEAM 1 SPORTS (www.team1sports.com) – a new partnership between Volar Video, Sporting News Media and EA SPORTS. All broadcasts of NJCAA Championships, as well as broadcasts from member colleges during the regular season, can be seen on TEAM 1 SPORTS.

Thanks to Volar Video’s enhanced technology and proprietary software – Production Truck® - fans can watch broadcasts from NJCAA TV on a variety of platforms including desktops, tablets, mobile devices and smart TVs. Select broadcasts will also feature state-of-the-art graphics from EA SPORTS.

Live broadcasts of select 2014 National Championships on NJCAA TV will take place throughout the month of November in addition to select football bowl games that will be featured on the network throughout the first weekend in December.

The men’s and women’s Division III soccer championships kick off the coverage on November 13th from the campuses of Herkimer County Community College in Herkimer, N.Y., and Ocean County College in Toms River, N.J. Broadcasts from each championship event is made possible through the cooperation and support of each tournament host and their volunteer staff.
