Continental Tire to Sponsor Car Corral at Honda Indy Grand Prix/Porsche 250 Weekend

ZOOM Motorsports announced today that Continental Tire will sponsor the famous Sports Car Corral during the upcoming Honda Indy Grand Prix / Porsche 250 weekend April 5-7 at Barber Motorsports Park.  Always a popular area amongst spectators and sports car fans, the Continental Tire Sports Car Corral will offer enthusiasts a place to showcase their cars and participate in several race-related activities.

"Continental has been a great partner with us on our Sports Car Corral," stated Rick Humphrey, vice president of ZOOM Motorsports, the exclusive event promoter for the Barber Motorsports Park.  "They understand the passion our participants have for sports cars and racing, and enhance the overall experience for everyone."

Representatives from Continental Tire will be on-hand at the Car Corral to distribute branded merchandise, as well as product literature on their performance and passenger tires.  Additional weekend activities will include appearances by various Grand-Am racers at the Continental Tire Sports Car Corral hospitality tent, club-specific paddock tours and race team visits.

The Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama/Porsche 250 will take place April 5 - 7 at Barber Motorsports Park.  The 3-day event weekend will consist of four world-class races, along with fan activities including an expanded Fan Zone, ferris wheel and autograph sessions.
