USA Racquetball Bringing National Singles Championship to Bryan College Station

USA Racquetball, the national governing body for racquetball, announced that the 2020 National Singles Championships will be held May 27-31 in Bryan College Station.

This is a national event, and projects to bring in 600-700 participants over Memorial Day weekend. The event will utilize the Texas A&M Rec Center racquetball courts.

“The sport of racquetball has history in Texas, and we are eager to continue that tradition in Bryan College Station and showcase our community to a national audience. This event is a big deal. Weekday events are a big deal here. Combining those benefits with partners like USA Racquetball and the Texas A&M Recreation Center make this event a homerun for Bryan College Station,” says Dominique Powell, Director of Sports and Events for Bryan College Station Sports + Events.

The event is estimated to have an economic impact of over $430,000.
