Columbia Empire Volleyball Association will host their annual Presidents Day Tournament in Springfield, Oregon, February 13-15, 2016 at Willamalane Activity Center and Springfield High School. 48 14's teams and 48 16's teams will compete. Matches begin at 8 am and run through 8 pm each day.
Top ranked teams competing include Athena, Oregon Volleyball Academy, Pacific, Rimrock, Roseburg, South Umpqua, Webfoot and YVBA.
