US Youth Soccer Announces Schedules for Las Vegas League Events
9 Mar, 2020
The schedule has been announced for the final two weekends of 2019-20 US Youth Soccer National League play in Las Vegas, where 33 division titles will be decided. National League division winners in the 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U and 18U age groups, along with division winners and runners-up in the 19U age group, qualify for the 2020 US Youth Soccer National Championships, adding an extra element of excitement to the final weekends of play.
The games in Las Vegas will be played alongside the Players College Showcase, as the National League teams have another opportunity to compete in front of college coaches while playing meaningful matches against top competition.

National League Girls
The National League provides an avenue for teams to play in meaningful matches against top competition from across the country for continued development and opportunities for exposure at the national team, collegiate and professional levels. In addition to recruiting opportunities, the top finishers from each division will earn a ticket to the 2020 US Youth Soccer National Championships in Overland Park, Kan., creating additional value and pressure as each game could make or break their chance at competing for the National Championship. The top finishers in the 14U-18U age groups can also earn an automatic spot in the 2020-21 National League season.
Just four boys teams and eight girls teams have solidified a place in the 2020 National Championships. Entering play in Las Vegas, 36 spots — 20 for the boys and 16 for the girls — are still up for grabs, as a majority of the teams head into the event with hopes of punching a ticket to Overland Park.
