St. Charles, MO, to Host US Youth Soccer Region II Presidents Cup

Slippery Rock, Pa. (Region I); Lafayette, La. (Region III); Snohomish, Wash. (Region IV) to also host Regional Presidents Cup events

US Youth Soccer is proud to announce that St. Charles, Mo., and the Missouri State Youth Soccer Association will host the 2015 US Youth Soccer Region II (Midwest) Presidents Cup, June 11-14 at the SLYSA Soccer Complex.

The event will feature 71 Boys and Girls teams in the Under-13 through Under-17 age groups competing for a Regional title and a berth to the 2015 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup. The US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup competitions provide a progressive, competitive experience to US Youth Soccer teams from the state to regional to national level. 

"It is always exciting to begin planning for future US Youth Soccer Presidents Cup events, and part of that initial planning is choosing the best possible host city for each of our competitions," said John Sutter, president of US Youth Soccer.

Each US Youth Soccer State Association determines the path through which its state teams advance to the regional competitions. Regional winners of the Under-13 through Under-17 Boys and Girls age groups will earn a berth to the US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup, July 9-12 in Overland Park, Kan.
