The 185-acre sports complex will feature 36 fields, 16 turf fields, batting cages, meeting rooms, covered pavilions, ticket office, as well as a six-acre pond, natural biodiversity reserve, and playground area. The complex will be hosting travel tournaments on weekends, averaging 50 teams per weekend.

Home to two universities, the area also offers collegiate-level facilities and is prime for golf tournaments, equestrian events and mountain biking. Ruston is renowned for its world-class mountain bike trail at Lincoln Parish Park. Called the “crown jewel” of the North Louisiana Mountain Bike Trail by Mountain Bike Action Magazine, Lincoln Parish Park is respected as one of the best venues for mountain bike racing anywhere in the country. Along with its 10-mile bike trail and beautiful lake, the park is popular for races and duathlon events that draw participants from across the country.

The area is also home to a variety of attractions, family-friendly activities, and cultural events throughout the year. Locals and visitors alike mark their calendars for the Railroad Music and Makers Festival in April, the Louisiana Peach Festival in June, and Loyal Blue Weekends Louisiana Tech football weekend celebrations in the fall.
