Ocean Center Lists March Events for Motor Sports Enthusiasts

Ocean Center in Daytona Beach, Volusia County, has announced two events motor sports enthusiasts (and particularly motorcyclists or fans) will want to put on their calendars.

Full Throttle Vendor Showcase, March 11-18: The Full Throttle Vendor Showcase will be at the Ocean Center March 11-18. The event is free and open to the public; it features more than 200 vendors at the only inside venue during Bike Week. The showcase, which will be in the Ocean Center’s Exhibit Hall, features hundreds of custom vendors including jewelry, leather, clothing, bike builders and more. There also will be multiple vendors doing firsttime product launches and national television producers filming episodes for ToyMakerz on Velocity Channel and Discovery Channel. Free beer will be provided at 1 p.m. daily. One Go Pro will be given away every day. The event features music, sponsor interviews, prizes and raffles daily. Concrete Clash on the Coast, March 17: IV League Flat Track and Harley Davidson bring bar-banging, indoor concrete flat track motorcycle racing to Daytona Bike Week. This is the second stop on a national schedule that includes San Diego, Daytona Beach, Austin and Phoenix. Riders will race less than an inch apart for a pro purse exceeding $5,000. Hooligan riders will blast their big twins into tight corners on this packed track, creating the ultimate brawl by the beach.
