Spartan, the world’s leading extreme wellness and endurance brand, has launched DEKAFIT, an indoor fitness competition designed for participants of all levels of fitness. The inaugural DEKAFIT event takes place March 21, 2020 in Denver, Colo. at Bowlen Fieldhouse at UC Health Fitness Center, the training facility of the Denver Broncos.
With a mission to positively impact 100 million lives through fitness, Spartan created DEKAFIT for the masses. The competition is designed to “10 X” participant motivation, community and performance. The event consists of 10 functional fitness “DEKA Zones” that will unfold in an arena to deliver the most inspiring and memorable fitness experience possible. “We set out to create the greatest fitness program, test, and competition on the planet,” said DEKAFIT’s Sport Development Program Manager Yancy Culp, a long-time fitness trainer and accomplished OCR athlete. “DEKAFIT – the Decathlon of Fitness for ALL levels is our solution.”

DEKAFIT is holding time trial and training exhibitions throughout February and March for Denver fitness professionals and their members to try out the course. This will allow fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all levels to experience DEKAFIT for themselves. The time trials are complementary and open to the public by appointment. Following the March 21 DEKAFIT competition, the event will be held in Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, Raleigh, Alexandria, New York City, Boston, Toronto and LA.
