Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs will again partner with The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, brought to you by Gran Turismo, to invite design entries for the ultimate art wrap. The winning design will be highlighted on a BMW M8 Competition Coupe and showcased as the Parade of Champions Pace Car at the conclusion of the 98th Running of the Race to the Clouds on August 30, 2020.

The contest runs from March 16 until May 15, 2020. There will be first place and runner up recipients, with $10,000 in prizes available. Judges from the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb will determine the winning design based upon adherence to this year’s theme: The Hill Climb (past or present), the Pikes Peak Region, and/or elements of racing.

For full competition rules and prize information, including acceptable file formats for entry submission, visit www.winslowbmw.com The WRAPsody 2.0 project intends to make the competition more accessible to all artists, as well as graphic designers.

WRAPsody 2.0 will be unveiled to the public on Friday, August 28, at Fan Fest in downtown Colorado Springs. At the street festival, supporters of the race and its drivers will also be invited to autograph a 2020 BMW X4 with their well wishes for Hill Climb competitors.

“The Wrapsody 2.0 design contest was created for you to express your inner drive and passion for the art of racing. The winning design will be a part of the record books without ever getting behind the wheel of an actual race car,” notes Winslow BMW Managing Partner, Gregg Randolph.

Additionally, watch for two BMW M models in their racing colors during May and June in the Pikes Peak area. For more information about the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, go to http://ppihc.org
