America's First Federal Credit union Joins Triumph Superbike Classic as Presenting Sponsor

Birmingham, AL (Jun 9) – ZOOM Motorsports announced today that America’s First Federal Credit Union will become presenting sponsor of the 2012 AMA Pro Road Racing Series at Barber Motorsports Park.

The 2012 Triumph Superbike Classic presented by America’s First Federal Credit Union is set for June 22-24 and promises to be an exciting round of America’s top professional motorcycle road racing series featuring seven races to entertain the fans at the scenic track.

“America’s First is proud to partner with Barber and Zoom Motorsports to sponsor the Triumph Superbike Classic,” said Phil Boozer, Vice President of Marketing for America’s First. “The Barber Motorsports Park has been a tremendous asset to the Birmingham community and as a community chartered credit union, we are always excited about events and attractions that shine a positive light on our city and state.

America’s First Federal Credit Union is a community-chartered credit union open to all persons who live, work, worship or attend school in Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, Walker and Calhoun counties, as well as parts of Mobile and Talladega Counties. Founded in 1936, the credit union boasts over $1 Billion in assets and serves a membership of over 100,000 through 18 branch locations.

The 2012 AMA Pro Road Racing Series event marks the series’ 10th visit to the Alabama-based Park. The weekend will feature the AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike, AMA Pro Daytona SportBike, AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport and AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 series. In addition, the weekend will include fan walks on Pit Lane, track walk with the riders, autograph sessions, stunt shows and much more.

Tickets for the Triumph Superbike Classic presented byAmerica’s First start at just $15 and can be purchased at www.barbermotorsports.com. Kids 15 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult. The Motorcycle Super Saver package is available until June 21st with access to three motorcycle events at Barber Motorsports Park in 2012, along with complimentary motorcycle parade laps during the AMA Pro weekend.

While at Barber Motorsports Park, fans also are encouraged to visit the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, a 144,000 square foot home to the largest private collection of motorcycles, representing 20 countries and over 200 manufacturers. Tickets to the Museum are available for an additional fee and can be purchased at the door.
