Nick And Ernie Return to Barber to Perform at Triumph Superbike Classic

Stunt duo Nick “Apex” Brocha and Ernie “EDub” Vigil are coming back to Birmingham to entertain fans at the Triumph Superbike Classic presented by America’s First Federal Credit Union at Barber Motorsports Park June 21-23.

This will be the second time the dynamic duo has performed together at an event at Barber Motorsports Park. They most recently showed off their talents during the Barber Vintage Festival last October, while Ernie performed as a solo act at last year’s Triumph Superbike Classic.

“These guys are the real deal and so talented” said Rick Humphrey, Vice President of ZOOM Motorsports, the exclusive promoter at Barber Motorsports Park. “We are thrilled to have them back to perform at this event. They really add to the excitement and put on a great show for our fans.”

In addition to performing at Barber’s events, the dynamic duo also filmed “The Chase” at Barber Motorsports Park last year. The seven-minute video showcases their talents as well as the renowned road course and Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum. The video has been viewed nearly 4 million times on YouTube since its creation in February of 2012. The pair does not limit their performances to the track. In July of 2012, they took to the seas and showed off their skills and stunts on the Queen Mary, a retired ocean liner.

Nick and Ernie will perform during the lunch break on both Saturday and Sunday and will be available for autographs and pictures in the Triumph area located in the Fan Zone.

The Triumph Superbike Classic is the third round of competition for the GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing Series and will feature seven races over the 3-day weekend.

Tickets for the Triumph Superbike Classic start at just $15 and can be purchased at www.barbermotorsports.com. A three-day pass is only $55 and includes a free paddock upgrade. Kids 15 and under are admitted free with a ticketed adult.

The Motorcycle Super Saver package is also available online for $130 dollars. This ticket package includes General Admission and Paddock access for each motorcycle event at Barber Motorsports Park, which includes the Triumph Superbike Classic, Barber Vintage Festival and WERA Grand National Finals.
