If you find yourself in charge of planning a sports related meeting or event, you most likely are a volunteer planner or have myriad of other job responsibilities besides planning the event. The first time you’re called in, you’ll tap into your multi-tasking skills, whether you’re a part time or occasional planner. It will take a little ingenuity and a lot of organization.
