July 4: Annual Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks, Ashe County Park, Jefferson, NC
July 8-10: High Country Disc Golf Championship Tournament (sponsored by INNOVA Disc Golf), High Country Disc Golf Course, Ashe County Park, Jefferson, NC
July 22-24: Ashe County Fiddlers Convention, Ashe County Park, Jefferson, NC
July 23-24, 30-31: Tar Heel League State Softball Tournament (all age divisions), Ashe County Park, Family Central Fields Complex, Jefferson, NC and Ashe County High School Softball Field, West Jefferson, NC
