Tuscaloosa Breaks Ground for New Embassy Suites Hotel

The new Embassy Suites Hotel in Downtown Tuscaloosa will have its groundbreaking ceremony on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. located on site in the Central Business District at University Ave. & Greensboro Ave. 

This public-private project will consist of 154 Suites, elegant lobby, banquet rooms, executive boardroom, fine dining restaurant, 3 private dining rooms, high energy lounge, indoor pool, fitness center, business center, complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast, evening reception party, and more! This Hilton product will be a tremendous addition to the Tuscaloosa hotel market.

The Kemmons Wilson Companies of Memphis, TN will develop & manage the hotel property, which will be owned by the KW – Tuscaloosa Hotel Partners, LLC. The hotel is scheduled for completion in the Fall of 2014.
